this is a low effort post but salludon posted xrays on his ig @salludonfr along with a report that confirms no surgery was done

for what he did especially posture, mewing, etc related is discussed on this looksmax post (just read the chat in the pic cuz the community is toxic af)

The main thing he did was chin tucks 24/7 which def helped posture and alot of people are not as dedicated as much as he said that he was which may be one of the reason the other people dont get as many results from mewing

brae (also had a very impressive change) talked about chin tucks alot.

the reason chin tucks work is because the neck affects the tongue posture significantly. other than that it activates the scm, the tempolaris, etc which are thought to be beneficial for the structure of the skull

I just didn't realize how old he was when he started.

@sane Ok, he's still much younger than me who is 31.

The only possibilities to improve myself are posture and hard chewing, and maybe wear an appliance that advances my jaw, even by a few mm.

but it can worsen ur deep bite so idk

for the deep bite i would say that get an appliance that pushes upper jaw upwards and expands it. the bite plate worked byt pushing the lower jaw downwards which may reduce the gonial angle
