A week ago I was saying that I wasn’t able to breathe nasally from completely positioning the back of my tongue on the roof of my mouth. Now I’m able to do that with ease. I feel like my airway has moved. Did my maxilla come forward by a bit or something?

It's also possible that, with practice, you've just gotten better control of the posterior 1/3 of your tongue so that you are now able to keep it engaged with your soft palate without pushing it so far into your pharynx as to cause obstruction.

Your nose didn't get smaller in 1 week bro.

If anything it's what progress said, your cervical posture maybe just adapted in a way you can mew and breathe efficiently.

Bone modeling/remodeling takes years.
