When I push up in the swallow my teeth come apart, is this bad? Should I try to keep them in contact? It's very difficult, do you have a tip to do it of just practise?

you have underpowered jaw muscles. the tongue and the jaw are antagonistic forces.

when you do a swallow, your jaw is meant to exert more force (without clenching your teeth together) so that the tongue doesn't push your teeth apart

chew tough stuff for at least 30 minutes a day

I've heard 'relaxing your teeth" is that a good cue?
