Hey guys I think there's another method to move my maxilla upward and forwards. Recently I've been researching on sleeping on the floor. This is how our ancestors sleept and I noticed that it forces one to have correct posture. Also, when I did this earlier today for an hour(not sleeping) I started to feel pressure in my face and my zygotes started to hurt- a sign of correcting posture and forward head movement? Any thoughts on this method?

Try instead (if you have a headboard -- if not, just lie with head against a wall) leaning back on your bed and slightly tilt/angle your head like you're trying to rest it (like if you were looking at a TV or something while leaning against the wall/board). When in this position, put your palm facing toward you and slide it under your mandible while making sure to rest your head. Make sure there's an equal pressure between your hand resting under the mandible and the head against the hard surface -- like a counterbalanced pressure. While doing this, try and lightly bite or push your teeth up to add even more pressure. Don't grind or do it hard -- just light/moderate and focus in the position steadily. Think like a chin tuck-ish posture for reference.

I discovered this by accident and it seems to have some odd but good sensation in the cheekbones/midface area. I think it's kind of like the "chin tuck 2.0/Keengo Chin Tuck" method I thought of, but the wall is acting as a force balance against your hand and head. I can draw a quick glimpse to show how this makes sense visually in a little while and will post here. This seems to be doing something -- possibly better than face pulling at least from my experience.

I think this might be something worth exploring. I'll add some rough drafts in a bit.
