Reposting my issue from a week ago, since nobody responded.
I think I have found out how to bring the back third of the tongue up. However, when I do, my airway is completely blocked and I experience a sensation of sore throat-ness. I inhale, try to hold the position as long as I can before needing to exhale. This is not maintainable during my day as I have school and other things. Are these side effects normal?
Does it feel like the tongue blocks it off in the back or that it is too far up?

Yes
@adcr Do you feel like your palate is too narrow so that theres not enough space for your tongue? Many people have reported the same thing. The solution seems to be to get as much of the back of your tongue up there as possible. It will be easier when your palate has expanded.

A little yes. I can get it up to roof of mouth and maintain proper posture fine but my tongue looks a bit cramped up there. So I just keep tip of tongue and as much tongue as is not uncomfortable up there as often as I can and then it will be expanded enough to bring my back third up? Also, I’d like to clarify what particular feature causes this - my chin is not recessed, I don’t mouth breath, however I have a large gonial angle and the first piece of bone coming down is quite small. This gives me chin an unattractive pointed look.
