Hey members,
as a newbie to cranial reconstruction I am struggling to find the information to begin with. Since the time between questions and answers as well as discussions are long in forums, I created a Telegram Group to allow fast communication. Further more you can securely share photos of your progress without having to fear that they are spread on the internet (self-destroying photos that can not be copied or screenshotted; similar to Snapchat). I hope that this will boost the "mewing"-community and get lurker in who are not members of this forum.
Telegram is a messenger like Whatsapp that allows chatting with others without sharing your number. It is available for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, Windows Phone as well as in the browser.

Welcome drgross! Creating an ongoing chat is a great idea, however I'm unable to open Telegram on ChromeOS.
The most popular online messaging application is Discord, and it has end-to-end encryption which Telegram does not support. Discord also does support deleting your own messages/pictures whenever you want to.
I've gone ahead and set up a TGW Discord Chat after your inspiration:
If you would like to be made an admin on the TGW Discord, since you seem to have the idea and passion for it, just let me know here or on the Discord and I'll give you full moderator permissions on it. If you (or someone else interested) wants to help in keeping that area moderated, I'll make it a forum sticky so that the people passing through can join - there's a lot of traffic on the website and members joining who do not make posts, you may be right that they would be more inclined to post in a chat.

Hmm, too bad that you can not access Telegram. Try it on your mobile phone.
Discord might be partly encryption, however I would not value E2E encryption too much as everybody can join the group.
The advantage of Telegram is the easy access from every device and the self-destroying photos. BTW it allows deleting messages too.
I think Discord can be used as a platform to communicate by voice :)
