When speaking of the tongue posture; the tip specifically, should the tip of your tongue touch the upper front teeth? I had started mewing like this but now I'm wondering if having my tongue pressing just behind it is right. It seems to sit on the ridges better this way although feels like my tongues further into my throat, which I've heard Mike Mew talk about is the correct way starting out.

And lastly is the middle and back of the tongue held up by the kind of suction like thing with your tongue? As otherwise I find it hard to touch at the middle and back.

No tip of tongue should be 1 cm behind top of front teeth, on the "spot"
