So you know how the soft pallet curves downwards right? Well, when I push the against the back part of my tongue against the back pallet, I kinda feel that I'm pressing my soft pallet backwards with my tongue instead of forwards.
Thats how I feel like my the back part of tongue is pushing against my soft pallet.
Also, when I say 'ng' the posterior part of my tongue goes up and I can't breathe. However, I CAN touch my soft pallet and breathe. Its just that when I say 'ng in 'sing' that I can't breathe. So basically, when I touch my soft pallet with my tongue, does it count as lifting my posterior third?
