Anybody has the same problem and how important is that? I can fit the tongue onto the roof of my mouth in its entirety despite having a narrow jaw but it's quite difficult to keep my lower jaw in such a way for the teeth to touch. My jaw generally doesn't go all the way down as if I had an open mouth but maybe half way. I have been trying to keep the teeth together but it's difficult.

Yeah of course. I had an overjet, had extractions and braces but my teeth are still crooked.
