Weakening the sutures first in order to remodel the maxilla?

A lot of people wonder why there are no results of people moving the maxilla with tongue posture alone, or with face pulling equipment.

Could it just be due to the strength of the sutures? Just weaken the sutures, and the structure of the skull will remodel, right?

It's sutures + bone growth. Somebody said that only 10% new bone growth happends in year after puberty. If you can weaken sutures you can "move" solid bones around and also induce growth at sutures.

Correct me if i'm wrong.

If bone growth occurs at the sutures, then the eye sockets (which are formed by many different bones joining) would expand over time, but that doesn’t happen.

I think Mike Mew used some sort of orthodontic accoustic device to weaken the sutures before his patients underwent treatment (I may be wrong). Have you thought of doing that before pulling forward your maxilla? In theory, weakening the sutures would allow the gradual movement and repositioning of the maxilla.

I heard something about humming to yourself and toothbrushes with 200-300 Hz range would be helpful. Saw a thread few days back.

I think that will be helpful. ATM i am doing hand facepulling but i am using thick falim gum shaped to my palate. When it's cold it acts as acrilyc and i pull on that.

It would be better to know exactly which frequency is required to weaken the sutures. I believe this could be between 25 to 50 Hz. Using the wrong frequency may cause damage, so be careful.

35 Hz increases bone remodelling by 25-30%.

40 Hz helps healing of weakened bone.

The frequencies within a cat’s purr seems to allow bone growth and healing.
