I'm about to order some Mastic gum but decided to ask y'all. What's the best gum for chewing gains?
Idk about mastic gum tbh. I have ordered some last year and 90% of them were soft af, litterally sticking to your teeths. However some tears were insanely hard to chew and that was an insane jaw workout indeed. Idk if some of you guys have some tips to make them all hard. I tried some falim gum and those were all extremmly tough and way cheaper. But i have heard that mastic gum had a lot more benefit for health than just being a good jaw workout so i may order some again.
