Suction hold or push? Will widening the hard main part of the palate cause upswing and forward growth? Or is it all the back? I feel like the back back where the soft palate is, shouldn’t be apply pressure onto it, especially if someone’s recessed right? Shouldn’t you widen the front part first so that it sits comfortably? Please someone inform and help my misunderstanding
