I just found out that crown fillings and root canals are very bad and now I'm paranoid and want to make my teeth as healthy as possible lol
I've heard about some kind of toothpaste or something that you put in your teeth and it remineralizes them and fills in all of the cavities and stuff, what's it called?
Hello, one I know of is MI Paste. It is good for remineralization and tooth sensitvity, but it has saccharin (known carcinogen) and propylene glycol in it which I don't recommend. Another really good one, but kinda pricey, is called Oralive. Its all natural clay based with some awesome oils and superfoods in it that helps heal cavities and stop tooth pain, in some cases helped people avoid root canals. You only need to use a little bit so it lasts a while. Or you can do what I do, and make your own toothpaste with bentonite clay and xylitol. The minerals in the clay help remineralize your teeth. And its super cheap. Just google homemade clay toothpaste or let me know and I can give you the recipe. Although, there's plenty you can also do nutrition-wise to strengthen your teeth that's even better than toothpaste, but it doesn't hurt to do both :)

Try Recaldent. I was given this by my dentist many years ago and it seemed to do a lot of good.
I think sensodyne is a great one (novamin is the active principle). Though, if you don't have major problems in your teeth I wouldn't be too worried. Just brushing your teeth, even without paste and rinsing with water (yes, water) after every meal does most of the job.
