I mewing like 1 year my face looks same besides i have got more chuby cheeks due to chewing wrong i mew with no back of the tongue raise up and i dont know where is tip of the tongue. What i know is the tongue very slighty touching front teeth is that tip of the tongue and how to hell i supose to raise up my back tongue once i was sucseded raise my back of the tongue i think i was geting gag reflexex but my tongue was not near in teeth my tongue was in mid palate area please help me i just wana learn proper tongue posture my one year just pass and my face still same

You just have to put the tip of your tongue on the incisive papilla.
Moreover a good technique to train to raise up the back of your tongue is to pronouce the word "sing". When you prononce the /ŋ/ sound (ng) you will notice that the back of your tongue is raised.
