I am not sure of my inter-molar width, however, my palate is small and its hard to get the tongue spread evenly through the top of the mouth.

I have been mewing for about a year or so, but I cant say i've seen any change and this may be due to my small palate. I have trained my tongue to the point i can keep it up there even during the night despite my palate size, but I may not be getting ideal coverage.

Very roughly, if measuring correctly id say somewhere around 35-38 MM

mine is 30 mm 🤣

Even with 35mm i'll be happy.

However your tongue posture seems really good, the swallowing is really important maybe you dont use well the back of your tongue when swallowing idk.

With my ridiculous IMW i can't fit my tongue well besides I already saw some slighty results particularly (i guess) with the swallowing. I'm training so hard the swallowing.

Can you "cram" your tongue into the teeth? By which I mean move the tip of the tongue right back behind the molars and "feed" the whole tongue forwards between the teeth like that. My tongue is just a little too big to get between the teeth from the normal position, so when I want a good full coverage I push my tongue through the teeth from the back like this.

This mirrors almost exactly what I do to get my tongue to fit better between my molars. Have you seen any progress?

do a perfect chin tuck and do cheesy swallows in the mirror. a cheesy swallow is where you smile as wide as you can and raise youre eyegrows. whereever your tongue lands is where its supposed to be  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gcI8CvoFxfQ
