Which posture is correct?

Hi, I am confused about the correct posture for mewing. Should teeth touch or not? In the first pic, I slightly push my lower jaw forward and my teeth touch slightly, but my tongue also only touches slightly to the roof of the mouth.

In the second pic, I push my tongue hard to the roof of the mouth so my teeth were pulled slightly apart and they dont touch each other any more. And you can also see that with this posture, my chin recesses a little bit and I have a bulge under my chin. But with this posture, I feel stronger pressure toward the roof of my mouth. But I look uglier here.

So I want to ask the experts here which posture is correct to use everyday to improve the facial bone.

Thanks in advance for your opinions. And I apologize if my post is not clear as English is not my language.

It depends on who you are asking. I would advise you too read this if you are new to mewing: /community/community/main-forum/the-12-ways-to-mew-a-comprehensive-collection-of-different-techniques/#post-30878
Me and others are trying to map out different ways to mew.
