I have been mewing for so long but I haven’t gotten any significant results but I was wearing my retainers thinking I was going to get changes in my facial structure. I think it’s simple knowledge that if you have a force counteracting the force that your applying will not allow for change. Then after realizing this I stoped and measured my zygo to zygo width and over a year of cantinous mewing I measure again and it had increased over 3mm
