My tongue naturally covers more of my right side. The palete is higher on that side. That side is also more clockwise rotated and the right eye and jaw are also higher.
Is it possible that the tongue could be keeping my right maxillilary molars more straight with the increased contact? possibly by sucking inwards while resting and/or swallowing?
I know this seems contradictory since the tongue is suppose to expand the palate, but thats my experience and thought id share. check out yourselves too and report back, I would appteciate it
with wider intermolar width, the would be less force pushing the teeth out and more force sucking them in, possibly explaining why everyone I see with super wide intermolar width has no tipping of the molars
perhaps @progress could acheive even more roation (now that he has a greater imw) if he tried to straighten his molars more so than just expanding??
also. molars which are clockwise rotated may have less suface space for the tongue to pull inwards, and the tongue would contact a lower part of the tooth because the entire tooth is higher
