The only reason I was made aware of my narrow palate is because my mouth is comically small. I'm a large guy at 6'5 but have trouble eating large bites of food at times. I know there are surgeries, but will the mouth expand in line with the palate? I have an expander on the way.
I was advised to purchase a mouth splint on amazon which stretches the mouth, but after inserting it for the first time I quickly realized that it will cause terrible nasolabial folds. I'm concerned that my mouth won't follow my palate and am unsure of what to do--short of just pulling it apart with my fingers for static holds. Any ideas?
