e right now, probably like 1 year and something more of mewing but like everyone i wasnt doing correctly the two in the middle are from when i started i feel like my face improved alot but i feel like i have to work on my simmetry.. i would like to hear yours ideas and feadbacks on what i should do for the future for improving even more.

Bro please teach me. I’d really kill to have a jaw like you. I just can’t seem to get it right or do it right. I don’t know what a suction hole feels like. Every time I mew I feel like I’m using considerable force. When I try to do the sweep I feel this sucking vacuum that pulls on my teeth and my lips stick to my teeth, it’s gotten to the point were my teeth feel like their wiggle or loose when I know they aren’t . I can barely mew for 10 minutes straight without constant trying to swallow and get the build up out of my throat or swallowing saliva. I just want to do things correctly.
