Face has gotten more leaner, my upper half of face is very wide compared to lower half. And the teeth are a bit misaligned. Only jawline got a bit more defined but isnt mucn noticeable due to expansion of upper face.
Till now i havent seen much positive change. I am looking thinner and thinner and my face is becoming more v shaped. What may be going wrong?
