I can’t detect any difference. Which is before and which is after?

If you look more closely you can see that my lip and chin relationship changed. My lower lip further ahead than my chin. 

In the middle pic I my chin moved a little forward and my maxilla isn't changed at this point.

In the top pic it's like my maxilla tilted downward and moved back.

I also am guilty of having a corral of half or quarter drank water bottles on my nightstand.
