It's weird you still don't see more forwards grow but the face got narrow then before
These are not good results. Would you pay be happy to pay $15,000 and 2 years of your life (after closing gaps) for this result?
Remember everyone that this is mid-treatment might only be 5mm growth. She still has molar pads lengthening her face. The widening hasn't even happened yet. The Controlled Arch Braces phase will cause further changes to her occlusion, mandible position, and profile.
Her nasolabial angle seems smaller, which means forward growth has occurred, at least around the premaxilla.
