Guys,

In 1 short month, I will run a chemical mewing experiment on March 1st, 2019

For 15 weeks I will take the following:

MK-677 (boosts hgh). 25 mg.

CJC 1295 w/ Dac (boosts hgh). 2 mg injected subq in 2 weekly 1 mg dosages.

Vitamin K2 (brand: Thorne). Planning to take 45 mg a day.

Calcium (brand: TBD). Dose TBD

Vitamin D (Brand: TBD). Dose TBD

Magnesium (Brand: TBD). Dose TBD

(still doing research on optimal dosages for the tbd vitamins)

I've been mewing for a month now and have the technique nailed down - I'm at the point where I mew in my sleep. The question is, how should I prepare to measure results? I'd be glad to share measurements, progress, ect so I want to hear from you what you guys want in terms of measuring progress. I'll also update in this thread final determined dosages and brands. As it stands, I plan to ingest all the vitamins 3 hours before bed, together, and after eating a fat + protein rich dinner.

for the Mk-677 and cjc no dac, i browsed a reddit ped board and chose the highest reviewed and most established vendor who users have tested their products for purity (and found them to be 99%+ pure). Not going to name the vendors but if you want to reach out via pm, I'll let you know which ones I've used

Also, if anyone has brand suggestions for good, high quality brands for vitamins or any other chemicals/vitamins I should take, I'm open to suggestions. I'm willing to throw upwards to an additional $1,000 into this experiment so price is not a limiting factor. I want to go balls to the wall here in this 15 week experiment.

any suggestions or comments are appreciated.

Did you check about relaxin hormone? It seems really good for bone reshaping in an easier way. But do your own research, I don't know how safe it is.

haven't heard of it but taking a quick glance at it, it seems like a gray area hormone I think im better off not taking - I'd prefer not to throw a wild card into this routine.

I take Nordic Naturals fish oil.  Very good stuff.

I had my vit D tested... D2 & D3 are reported together on this.  I also tested them separately.  D2 was untraceable, apparently & started on prescription D2.  Skin got a bit saggy.  I know others have noticed skin issues.  Thing is... when created naturally through the sun, it makes skin nice.  Stasha Gominak is great about this on YouTube.

Just bought the Dental Diet on Amazon for $3!  Wow - what a deal.  This may have some ideas.

I use SuperiorSouce K-2.  MK-7 in tiny amounts... like 1/5 of 100 mcg sublingual.  I also eat grass fed butter... but it doesn't do the same for me.  However, it buids up so I might do like 1/10th a pill.

CBCT or sleep study?  I know there's an oxymetry meter for like $100 somewhere.

I think you want to be running a CJC 1295 NO DAC aka Mod GRF 1-29 which will cause GH release to be more pulsatile, which I believe is preferable. Ideally you also want to be running a GHRP like GHRP2 or Ipamorelin along with your Mod GRF since that will ensure the biggest release. Does your source name start with an x?

I would also not bother with MK-677 if you have the GH angle covered with peptides - most of the stuff you will get from public, readily available sources is largely ruined due to poor storage and humidity (which the mk readily absorbs, as it's quite hygroscopic), so best to save your money unless you know you are getting quality.

If you are going to be going the GH boosting route, going for a year or more would also be preferable since the changes that occur with it occur slowly over time and compound. I would also look into utilizing orthodontic/orthopedic devices to facilitate your progress unless you are younger.

WOW!!!! This woman is brilliant!!!!  https://drgominak.com/2018/11/18/repair-and-development-only-happen-during-deep-sleep/

D's and B's and all that fun stuff!  You should hear her talk.  She knows what's up.

Her protocol:  https://drgominak.com/rightsleep-method/

I am surprised by her use of D vitamins.  She is a huge proponent of natural sunlight.  However.. did you notice that there's a specific D window she likes!?!?  Good to test.

I would skip a vitamin D supplement in favor of fermented cod liver oil, which contains high levels of D and the other vitamin you need to take with D and K2, vitamin A, in the correct ratio. You don't want to get your fat-soluble vitamin supplementation wrong. Here is a good primer + brand recommendations: https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/cod-liver-oil/cod-liver-oil-basics-and-recommendations/

You may find it hard to sleep if you take vitamin D or the fish oil close to bedtime. I would recommend taking it with your first meal.

Nordic Naturals has a cod oil which apparently has higher levels of vit d naturally (than the other ones it sells).  Bought it to try.

Check this!!!  https://highintensityhealth.com/stasha-gominak-md-low-vitamin-d-sleep-gut-bacteria-and-methylation/ Right between 44-55 minute mark.. great info!!!

Everyone considering cod liver oil needs to do their research on the criticisms of "fermented" cod liver oil products, which are likely rancid and highly oxidized (GreenPastures brand especially). Extra-virgin cod liver oil would be a safer option.

Everyone repeating that particular BS needs to do their research. I've read everything there is to read on the controversy, and it's bunk. First of all, how exactly are you using the term rancid? What does that mean chemically?

Nothing bunk about most commercial fish oils being rancid/oxidized. They are highly unstable.

If you don't do a cod liver oil for Vit D then I recommend Michael's Naturopathic D3 with K2, its sublingual tablets so its better absorbed, and has 5000 IU of D3 and 90mcg K2 per tablet for the best price I've seen for a sublingual D/K combo. And try silica instead of calcium- way better used by the body and can be converted to calcium as needed. Or for a great all-in-one supplement that covers all your bases, try Grow Bone by Garden of Life. It has the best assimilated forms of all the bone vitamins along with growth factors. It has 100 mcg of K2 but only 1600 D3 so I'd take extra D.  There are also a lot of herbs you can take or swish your mouth with, but I will do a separate post on those. And if you want to make your own hgh, intermittent fasting and getting plenty of good quality sleep is the best way to do that (And fava beans!) Markus Rothkranz has some great videos on that. Looking forward to seeing the results of your experiment!

Thanks man, I'll definitely check it out

As a side note, does anyone have any calcium dosage/Brand recommendations? My doctor took an x-ray and noted that my bones are really lacking so I'm thinking maybe 500% dv? I'm not sure, I don't have a frame of reference for how much I should take to chase noticeable change. Maybe this means I have more potential to see gains w/ mewing?

Also, some user on this forum mentioned getting some bone density scan done. I don't mind going to do it as long as that's something everyone would be interested in seeing in terms of before and after comparisons.

I decided to go w/ the dac since I can't pin every day as you'd need to with nodac. On a side note, would ipam still help me with the cjc w/ dac? I havent looked into it so I'm not sure. Also, my source's name doesnt start w/ x but I'd be happy to talk sources over pm w/ you.

Why unable to pin daily? Ipam and all others GHRPs are virtually useless for what you’re trying to achieve if you can’t pin daily as is any GHRH (dac or no dac) if you’re not taking them with a GHRP.

Sure you can pm me

You preferably want to get a good bioavailable form of calcium, like the form in Grow Bone that I mentioned above. Its been clinically studied to increase bone density. Has raw, plant based forms of all the minerals needed to grow bone, along with a bunch of other nutrients, enzymes and probiotics to help with absorption. Or do silica instead of calcium. Your body can convert it into calcium as needed, and helps you absorb what calcium you do get from your food. That way you don't have un- absorbed calcium being deposited where you don't want it (calcification). Silica is really what gives strength to the bones. You can get  in a powder form like bamboo extract or a liquid like Orgono G5 or this stuff.

Below is an excerpt from an article about silica and calcium:

It was established in the 1940s that life can’t exist without Silica. More recently, in her book “Water & Salt” Dr. Barbara Hendel states: “Silica is the most important trace element in human health.” Silica plays an important role in many bodily functions and has a direct relationship to mineral absorption.

The average human body holds approximately seven grams of silica, needing significantly more silica than even important minerals such as iron. Most people are, in fact, silica deficient. Among other things, enough silica in the body is vital enough for calcium absorption to allow calcium supplements to work. If silica deficient, as is the case in the vast majority of us, calcium supplementation can even be a negative.

Osteoporosis, Bones & Calcium
Osteoporosis is a symptom of the aging process. Taking only a calcium supplement cannot correct or stop this threatening and crippling disease because the body cannot assimilate and make use of the calcium without the presence of silica. Evidence suggests that, instead of affecting healing, supplemental mineral calcium, on the contrary, accelerates the leaching away of bone calcium and thus hastens the degenerative process of osteoporosis and similar diseases that affect the supportive and connective tissues in the human body. Silica enhances calcium absorption and even restore the body’s self repair process. More and more research evidence shows that through a transmutation process, silica is turned into calcium when it is needed. That is why some scientists refer to silica as a precursor of calcium. Even when calcium is insufficient, the body can turn silica into calcium that the bones need. Silica is responsible for the depositing of minerals into the bones, especially calcium. It speeds up the healing of fractures and also reduces scarring at the site of a fracture.

How does the body turn SiO2 into calcium?
