These are the questions I'm following:
1. Lip seal
2. Tongue sweep like a mew swallow
3. Keep tongue in that position, suck and push like a vacuum for function hold
4. Relax teeth and jaw so teeth are lightly touching
Is this correct for function hold? Anything I'm forgetting? Anyway to test if you're suction hold is good? Any tips to learn to do this 24/7?
I am looking into how to strengthen tongue the right way... position isn't the answer. If you keep your tongue plastered to the roof of your mouth...then your lower teeth will just shrink and crowd in faster than they normally do with age. When I learn more, I'll let you know.
As a general rule of thumb, yes, it sounds like you're going the right direction.
That's basically it, you're missing correct head posture/body posture though.
