When i chew i stardet to realaise that i wasnt realy fell force but when i bite pen i fell god presure and 1 week or so i can improwe my weak masterctry muscle do you think biting pen is bad can be damage my teeth or damaging teeth dont realy important what do you think
Chewing on a plastic pen sounds like it could damage your enamel. If you want to use something besides gum, I have seen people recommend pieces of surgical tubing or silicone teething soothers.
What about pet botle cap. I having a problem in my teeth i preapering to get root treatmant. If this dont worse to much my situation i can chew plastics you talked about
