Dr. Glenn Kreiger and Dr. Douglas Shaw are listed as MSE providers in the Dallas, Texas area on the MSE provider list here:

Are Dr. Kreiger and Dr. Shaw renowned for MSE? I haven't seen anything on there website related to mse? Do you know of any other lists or way I could find any Orthos who performed MSE? Particularly in the Dallas area?

And do you know Dr. Won Moon's email by any chance?

That's the only provider list I know of. Some of the better-known providers are on that list like Dr. Richard Ting, Dr. Rebecca Bockow, and Dr. Marianna Evans. There are also some known unlisted providers like JawHack's ortho. I haven't heard of any of the providers in Texas, but that doesn't necessarily mean they aren't proficient. I've seen some provider websites that don't directly use the term "MSE," but they reference bone-anchored expanders, or airway treatment generally. Calling their offices would give more details about their experience levels. At one point, Dr. Moon's UCLA email address was listed online. I'm not sure if it still is. I thought I heard somewhere that he's not on the UCLA faculty anymore. You could try the contact form on Dr. Moon's website or email the two US MSE distributors at Great Lakes Dental or IDX to ask what providers their labs supply in your area.

I do know that the second-most well known guru for MSE in the U.S. is Dr. Peter Ngan at WVU, and he collaborated with Dr. Won Moon vis-a-vis MSE research.  His name shows up all the time in research articles with Dr. Won Moon.  He might be aware of such practitioners around the U.S.

Ron went to Dr. Zubad Newaz at the Gelb Center in NYC. The closest provider on the list I linked above is someone named Dr. Greg Campi in New Jersey. Dr. Marianna Evans is well known and is not too far away in Philadelphia.
