Been soft mewing for about 1.5 years. I'm 19 at the moment. Haven't really seen any changes. Do you think there's hope?

What was your routine like? Just soft mewing isn't enough for significant improvements in your age.

Are your upper canines and molars ahead of your lower ones? Do you keep your teeth together at rest and if so, do you apply force?

Is your face short/lower third weak? Keep in mind this doesn't apply to midface or middle third necessarily.

My teeth are pretty much perfect. I do keep my teeth together at rest but in a soft manner. My lower third is weak, especially when viewed from the front. My chin is small and recessed.

So no overbite? Do you chew mostly on molars?

I used to have an overbite when I was a child, but i fixed it a long time ago, when I was like 12-13. Now my teeth are perfectly together. I think I chew mostly on molars, yeah.
