I know that SARPE is surgically assisted and will have better/more visible results, but how much?
I already had some great results just from 3,5mm palate expansion (they are even visible on photos and to my friends which is reassuring) But 10 millimeters from a sarpe expander can be a light and day difference, so I'm wondering if I should order another expander.
I believe you may see superior results, albeit slower.
Palate expanders induce changes through the facial complex. From the mandible, to the zygomatic bones. Your eyes will even change location, becoming more level.
Does SARPE have the same effect? This is a point of ignorance for me. I don’t know.
