I have a class II skeletal malocclusion, and I have developed forward head posture and anterior pelvic tilt.

Lately I've been doing exercises to try to correct my posture, but if my head has moved forward to to clear the airways as my mandible is positioned too far back, what's the point of doing the exercises? In any case, the head will not be able to go backwards otherwise it would occlude the airways.

So, to permanently correct posture, should I first fix my malocclusion?

I would also like to ask Dr. Mew because it seems to me that this question has never been asked. Is it possible to tell him?

What kind of exercises do you do? Chin tucks? I don’t think you can reverse all of your structural problems with just this exercise. Have you seen an airway focused orthodontist? Maybe you should. WBB can also help you, along with proper orthodontic treatment.

@tomtom I perform postural exercises for the whole body, especially to solve APT.
