@krollic also mentioned this in a thread a few days ago.
Do 1000 reps of this a day:
Hold an extreme chin tuck, then do a proper swallow (think "throat swallow," as in, aim for the throat, think about the back of your tongue aiming for the throat). You'll find a huge force being applied against your palate.
I've been doing this casually on my 3 mile walks, not being disciplined with 1000 reps a day as I just suggested. 2 weeks in, and I was suddenly surprised today how deep I'm now able to lift the back of my tongue. I feel like eventually I'll be able to hold it at the exact spot of contact during a swallow. Very cool stuff.
nice bro. similar story though I don't walk 3 miles a day
1000 a day? What? No way.
i don't do it that much a day but during the day i do a few reps
@Alexanderr doesn't have to be 1000, just as many as it takes for it to become subconscious for you. 1000 will definitely accelerate your results though. It's not that much if you break it up into 100 every hour, which takes maybe 10 minutes to do.
