But still I wanted to ask my orthotropics specialist for treatment and what is recommended. Wait patiently. And insist on an expander as the solution — one of the solutions

What is the cost of said expanders in the US? Yes it depends on which appliance and where.
This person advertises biobloc so start with that. (Biobloc not so great???)
Then offer the price of your recommended appliance — the price and which one you advocate for.
Im considering ordering online, true.

I don't have any idea of the cost, but I imagine most of the expense will be in the office visits, and adjustments they make to whatever appliance you get rather than the cost of the appliance itself. Still, if you can afford the expense and can find the right clinician, I would feel a lot more comfortable with an expert monitoring my progress rather than self-treatment.
