After a year of mewing, I noticed my progress started to slow down about after 6 months. I've never took chewing gum method seriously, only using soft mainstream gum occasionally .
I have came across this gum on Amazon (UK):
Chios Mastiha Large Tears Gum Greek 100% Natural Mastic Packs 100gr https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00SA8YJNI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_k2P3AbY3YN4TN
Has anyone used this type of gum before? I am struggling to come across tough, natural gum which is suitable for mewing and would be grateful if anyone could recommend me gum which is available to be delivered to the UK.
Thanks
On the topic of Mastic gum, for those saying the pieces are too soft and get stuck between the teeth, which brand are you ordering?
I always order this one:
Every single piece I get in there is legit. In fact I go out of my way to look for the softer pieces (the ones that can bend with finger pressure alone) because the hard ones (tough as glass) are super tough. Each piece lasts me a week or more and has a great pine flavor.
I do believe that you have been diligent with your chewing (what gum btw?)
I'm on my third box of that same brand of mastic you mentioned last week ( /community/community/main-forum/where-to-order-mike-mew-chewies-for-jaw-chewing-training/#post-1372 ). I've always found it to be very suitable for my purposes.
