When i inhale or exhale while mewing my masseters flex .

Do you experience the same?

No. You could be clenching your teeth, or your masseters flex easily.

I don't clench my teeth .

Or maybe my masseters are weak?

when the tongue is pushing on the roof of your mouth the masseter has to work as antagonist, else you would open your mouth
