I have been interested in mini implant assisted palate expansion due to my narrow palate and heavy nasal congestion. I also want to protract my maxilla via faskmask. What I want to know is which expansion should I go for DOME or MSE. Does the DOME treatment also come with a facemask or is that only for MSE? Does anybody have any experience with any of the two? Thanks.

Who says 40 mm is a narrow palate? Is that narrow? With the few teeth you have.. you may need more and you'll want to create an appropriate arch. I should have clarified my palate is narrow in terms of airway (nasal cavities are really small which leads to heavy congestion.) And 40mm is a rough measurement I took with a piece of string. That is why I'm interested in bone anchored expansion; to develop my airway.
