My kit includes a Jawsersize ball, a palate expander, and a home NCR kit. Ive been doing this regimen for 2 months and will post progress pics once I complete all the turns on my expander. Any tips are welcome, I am not a doctor and do not recommend experimenting on yourself.

Isn't it scary doing the NCR by yourself? I have been interested but i'm afraid that the balloon will go down my throat and stop me from breathing!
