Hi, just have a few questions as i intend on purchasing an palate expander soon :)

Question 1: Would this active expander result in a gap being created between the front incisors? If so, would a Y expander be more appropriate?

Question 2: What do you think is the best method of expansion for those who have previously undergone orthodontics and are worried about relapse?

Question 3: Can expanders be worn exclusively at night? If so, how should i go about this?

Question 4: Can expandera temporarily replace retainers whilst expansion is in progress?
