Hi. I've noticed my facial growth has been coming on over the last year and half since I started using the correct oral and body posture. Although, I've noticed when I talk, it is kind of like my maxilla completely drops and my under eye support seems to also descend and look weak. I know it's pretty natural for this to happen as the tongue is not in the correct resting position when talking. Although, when I have observed a good looking person/model, they seem to maintain their facial structure even when their tongue drops when talking? Is there anyway of keeping a good facial structure even when talking? Thanks!

There is not way your maxilla is literally dropping noticeably down when you're not applying force with your tongue to it, that's not how bones work. Changes are slow and take years.

Eh maybe you are pulling your upper lip back too much if you are seeing your maxilla overexposed when you talk.

It takes years for the maxilla to move in MILLIMETERS. A few seconds of talking won't do shit. Are you gonna be mute now?
