Please share experience. Ppl are telling me palate expansion wont widen zygo. Also if u expand 10mm it may widen 2-3. I need 10mm wider zygos. How can i make sure they widen with palate expansion?

Yes, it will. Upper jaw includes zygomatic areas. So if you widen the whole upper jaw, those areas should widen as well.

I don't think so. You may get 2-3 mm of cheekbone widening. If your zygomatic arch is flat I'd suggest supplementing 15-45mg of vitamin k2 mk4/daily, vitamin d3, lots of calcium and magnesium. It may affect bone density and widen your cheeks a bit. I CAN'T GUARANTEE ANY RESULTS THOUGH. if all else fails and you don't widen your face by 10mm consider getting fillers or cheekbone implants.
I widened my palate 6 mm but idk of my zygos widened 6mm. I didn't measure. But they definitely widened and are a reason I love going clean shaven now (previously I hated it). With good zygos your face just pops in a good way.
If i touch the area in the red circle i definetely feel that is more prominent, especially because since i started mewing my body fat increased so it's not due to fat loss

Vit k expands through palate widening too. Those who noticed wider face said their intermolar is wider too. I am supplementing it soon but i also have asymmetry so would rely on expansion too in hope of fixing it

How much palate widening dis u gain over what amount of time? Would u say u were low cheekbone but mewing took u to genetic potential of high cheekbone? Did u chew as well? What else u did that might have caused this?
