Am I supposed to feel any pressure against my palate when swallowing? Because people explained it like the tongue putting lots of pressure when swallowing at the roof of my mouth but I don't feel anything at all.
Yes, it’s how you know you’re not suck swallowing. Should feel like rolling motion. It may even feel like your struggling to keep teeth in contact because of the force. but the goal should be to balance the tongue and jaw.
Conscious initiation but the rest is involuntary.
