I have a specific question: is it better hard mewing ( putting strong pressure with the tongue on the hard and soft palate ) or soft mewing ( simply putting the tongue on the palate )?
Some people say that hard mewing is useless because when you sleep you can't do it.
Obviously it is not possible hard mewing when you sleep but only soft mewing.
Yet I think that a higher force should result in a higher/faster bone remodeling even if not applied 24/24h....
What do you think?
Sorry for the not perfect English...
Sorry I don't understand, do I have to push with my tongue in the back of the palate?

Should I push up and forward in the Mid-Palate ridge?
Anyone?

You push gently the tip of your tongue on the "front ridges" area called the N spot. The you suction, not push, your tongue back towards your soft palate.
