Holographic breathing in some ways is similar to a natural form of mewing.
In that, the tongue naturally covers the whole roof of the mouth with no effort involved. It also goes deeper than this in that there is a breathing motion of the tongue and roof of the mouth that spreads through the whole face and cranium and starts healing craniofacial dystrophy.

There are two guided meditations that lead on from each other so that people can work with that for themselves.
It is good to stay for the second one, as this goes into more depth and includes working with the TMJ's.
