The left side of my zygomatic bone seems to be more prominent, how would I fix this? Does mewing or can an appliance fix this or any other method outside of surgery? The left side of my dental arch seems to be a bit wider than my right but its very subtle, I was expecting for mewing to fix this but my teeth are pretty much the same since I started mewing. I've been mewing for close to 2 years now (2 years in February) from the age of 20 to 22. I also noticed that the left side of my face is slightly higher up than my right when looking in photos as my right eye has a slightly more negative canthal tilt than the other while my left eye looks more upright. What should I do how would I fix this? Would bone mashing or thumb pulling to one side help fix this problem and how would I proceed with things?

Yeah you can always thumb pull if you are comfortable?
When you say prominent, do you mean forward projection or lateral? Or both
I personally have a bit of asymmetry and have been using an acrylic palatial expander. The screw is actually tilted upwards to the less developed side to give that side more pressure to catch things up. It seems to be working because it is slowly but surely getting results.
The face is supposed to be compact. Whichever side is “drooping/melting” more is the undeveloped side.
Also it’s hard to tell without a pic of what you’re describing, but it could also be that part of your occlusion is higher than one side?
it could be that you got some skeletal expansion and not alveolar expansion? Changes are subtle and take time. That’s why it’s good to have a before pic to compare your face as well as arch width. Also if you can afford it you can always get impressions done. Or do it yourself? Idk if it’s allowed where you live. Different laws in different places.
if you can get an expander I would because it gives faster results. I have a new one with a deep screw and within the past couple weeks my eyes have evened out. I wasted 6 years focusing only on maxilla haha. But to be fair I did get some results just not as dramatic as now while I’m working on palatial bone versus maxilla. YMMV
it makes sense why when you work on palatial bone that the eyes would be more even since that bone is closer to eye support as far as bringing the can’t heal tilt upwards (positive tilt due to lateral projection.) Google: rotation of palatine bone (under images)
but if you have more sclera show on one eye it could indicate that you need forward projection.
keep in mind I’m not a medical professional. This is just my personal experience.
Edited to add a couple things
My whole zygomatic bone feels bigger when I feel it also just one side of my head is more prominent idk if its caused by genetics or its an environmental thing or both. Also I increased my inter molar widht by 1.5mm in a month so I' don't think I'll buy expansions as they cost a lot where I live.
