anyone had success with buccinator atrophy care to share some tips and tricks on proper swallowing?
I read a really good guide on here, but im still finding it difficult to «turn off» my buccinators.
I have the «mona lisa swallow» as lord mew calls it (lol) but still feel activation in my cheeks. Is this the way it is supposed to be perhaps?
I have this problem too, at the begginning I would question myself if Im swallowing right, but now just decided to trust Mew on the tongue sweep and focus on mewing itself. Now, when swallowing, I keep my posterior third up so I cannnot breath, then lower the other thirds and get the saliva up with my tongue. Still I havent got that much atrophy but since its just been 4 months I havent lost hope.
Yo
the sweep is good you need to feel that same pressure as when you mew.
this happens by pushing the food up with your full tongue up like a sweep but you shouldn"t see face movement
Thanks for the reply guys
