Hello,
For just over two years now I have been mewing in hopes to correct my TMD issue. For those years I had been mewing with my teeth separated due to malocclusion and pain when biting. Recently however I've been keeping the teeth in contact while mewing because the TMD issues have finally subsided and my bite is now perfect. Just curious about how long it might take for the condyle to remodel as well as facial muscles to this new resting posture.
