Is the soft palette the part in your mouth that curves down in your mouth? When feel it with my tongue , it feels like that part is sloping downward and when I press my tongue against it, it feels like I’m pushing backwards towards the direction of the back of my head. So like a straighter version of this ∩ is my tongue pressing against my pallete. and on the left side of this ∩ is the tip of my tongue pressing upwards and forwards and on the right side ∩ shape is the back part of my tongue, and it is basically pressing against the back side of my pallete but on the opposite direction so horizantally to the right. Do you know what I mean. I mean this is what it feels like when I do it

Also, do you have trouble keeping your head up because I noticed its hard for me when I do that.
