How many pieces of falim chewing gum is ideal?

I chew one piece for 1 hr./day every other day. How many pieces do you guys chew?

I started with one, then went to two, and I just went up to three. It's definitely much easier to tongue chew with three. I have been mewing for about six months.

Guess I shouldn't say it is easier to tongue chew. Feels more effective.

I prefer a lot more. Mine is about the size of a walnut, so maybe 7-8 pieces? More gum = more surface area coverage over the teeth and tongue which means a harder workout. I don't think chewing the same amount of gum all the time is worthwhile. It's like going to the gym: you should be upping your resistance as you get stronger so you don't stagnate. 10 minutes of tough chewing is going to be worth more than an hour of easy chewing. You can use cold water to make it more challenging, if you like.

Keep increasing your intensity until you achieve the results you want and then maintain them.

how to increase intensity and i use falim aswell used progressive overload and i am now at 6 to 8 pieces but it is so big it pushes everytime to my buccinators

use less pieces and chew the gum while sipping on very cold water. put ice in it
