When I go to bed I assume a chin tuck position sleeping on my side, but whenever I wake up I always am on my back. How to prevent this?

nothing wrong about sleeping on your back at all. it's probably better for your spine, organs and mewing tbh.

I agree with you on this, but the problem is that I have scoliosis so when I wake up on my back its curved a little, which is not good for fixing my scoliosis.

ah right. well, i'd suggest putting in all your effort to fix your back issue so you can start sleeping properly though imagine you're doing this already

If you are lying on your side, use a shoelace to tie your wrist to the leg of your bed. Tie it to the wrist that is from the arm you are not laying on. Make sure there is tension in the shoe lace so that you wont roll over onto your back. Another way is to move your bed against the wall or dresser and have your back against the it while sleeping
