Try Phelps and Cohen orthodontics in San Jose Ca. Dr Moon recommended Dr Phelps specifically for me. They’re not to far south of SF
In some European countries it might be difficult to find MSE due to distribution issues.

I am working with my in-office orthodontist and others with MSE cases, should you want to come, but I suggest you find a local orthodontist to at least do the "teeth part"

I went with Dr. Claire Ferrari in the East Bay and highly recommend her. She's great at what she does, very thoughtful, and will partner with you to determine the best treatment plan. She's been so respectful of the research I've done and has gone deep into the technical details with me, a big difference from consultations I had with other doctors.
I also tried to get a consultation with Phelps & Cohen in San Jose, but they refused to answer any preliminary questions until I paid the $180 consult fee. Not even questions like if they have seen any issues with patients over 30 or if they ever worked on a high palate before. Maybe the doctor is good, but the interaction was not.
