I would like to expand with a schwartz expander in a way that encourages the most bone expansion and remodeling, but I would totally be content with just alveolar ridge expansion. I don't have lower crowding, but the teeth are tipped outwards and my wisdom teeth are coming in.
At what rate would produce the best results for mandibular arch expansion?
